In order tocontinuously improve production capacity, we have added a new online AOImachine, divided into pre-furnace AOI and post-furnace AOI.
Pre-furnaceAOI can check whether there are missing parts, offsets, reverse polarity,wrong parts and other problems in the patch before the reflow furnace, andremind the operator to make corrections.
Post-furnaceAOI inspection is to react adverse phenomena to the SMT processimmediately and improve product yield. Another purpose is to ensure that PCBA(Assembled Circuit Board) has no quality problems in the subsequent process.
